Belarus' academic staff promised higher salaries in next five-year period

Salaries of the academic staff will be raised to make 150% of the current average salary in Belarus in the next five-year period, Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko said as he met with prominent Belarusian pedagogues on 29 June.
