Belarus president: Proposed constitutional amendments are not resolute enough

Several versions of constitutional amendments were submitted to Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko, however these amendments are not dramatic enough, Aleksandr Lukashenko said as he met with Belaruskali employees.
