Seven medals for Belarus at 2020 FFN Golden Tour Nice

MINSK, 10 February (BelTA) – Belarusian swimmers won seven (two gold, three silver, and two bronze) medals at the 2020 FFN Golden Tour Camille Muffat in Nice, France, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Swimming Federation.

Yauhen Tsurkin clocked 23.74 seconds to win the men's 50m butterfly. Alina Zmushka clinched gold in the women's 50m breaststroke in 31.44 seconds.

Silver medals went to Anastasiya Shkurdai (100m butterfly), Yauhen Tsurkin (100m butterfly) and Alina Zmushka (100m breaststroke).

Grigory Pekarsky (50m butterfly) and Viktar Staselovich (50m backstroke) placed third.

Competing in Nice were more than 500 athletes.

The next stage of the 2020 FFN Golden Tour Camille Muffat will take place in Marseille on 22-24 March.
