MINSK, 18 February (BelTA) – Iryna Zhuk of Belarus placed second in the Pole Vault at the 2020 Meeting Elite en salle feminin du Val d'Oise in Eaubonne, France, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Athletics Federation.
Iryna Zhuk showed a confident performance in her 4.45m and 4.56m attempts. Ninon Guillon-Romarin of France won the event with her 4.66m attempt. Third was Romana Malacova of the Czech Republic (4.45m).
Krystsina Tsimanouskaya of Belarus clocked 7.31 seconds to come in third in the women's 60m. Gina Bass of Gambia won the event in 7.17 seconds. France's Cynthia Leduc was second with 7.30.
Ruslana Rashkovan of Belarus finished fifth in the women's 60m Hurdles.
