MINSK, 17 February (BelTA) - The groups for the Fed Cup finals, which will be held in Budapest from 14 to 19 April, BelTA has learned.
Belarus has been drawn to play Belgium in the first match of Group B on 16 April and Australia on 17 April. The winner of this group will play against the best team of Group D featuring the Czech Republic, Germany and Switzerland on 18 April. The Fed Cup final match will be held in the Hungarian capital on 19 April.
Other groups:
A - France, Russia, Hungary
C - USA, Spain, Slovakia.
This season, Belarus beat the Netherlands in the away qualifying match 3:2.
