MINSK, 27 June (BelTA) – Belarusian Victoria Azarenka (No.58) has suffered another defeat at the Credit One Bank Invitational exhibition tournament in U.S. Charleston, BelTA has learned.
In her second singles match, Victoria Azarenka lost to Danielle Collins (51) of the USA 1-6, 5-7. The match lasted 1 hour 22 minutes. The Belarusian stumbled in her opening match by another American Jennifer Brady (48) 3-8, 2-6.
Victoria Azarenka and Madison Keys put up a fierce opposition in the doubles but still lost the battle to the American duo of Sofia Kenin and Bethanie Mattek-Sands 2-6, 6-1, 7-10.
The exhibition tournament in Charleston will finish on 28 June.
