MINSK, 31 August (BelTA) - Peaceful protests may stop being safe any time, Sergei Markov, Director of the Political Studies Institute (Russia), said in an interview on ONT TV channel, BelTA has learned.
“We do not know the plans of the march organizers, who are not Belarusians. They are the Polish authorities, or rather the special services, which fully supervise all the protests. This is a one hundred percent control,” Sergei Markov said.
