MINSK, 8 May (BelTA) – As of 8 May, 5,484 patients previously diagnosed with COVID-19 recovered and were discharged from hospitals in Belarus, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Healthcare Ministry.
A total of 21,101 people have tested positive for COVID-19 in the country, which is 8.7% of the number of conducted tests. Belarus has performed 240,146 tests.
A total of 121 coronavirus patients suffering from a number of chronic diseases have died.
