SLAVGOROD DISTRICT, 13 July (BelTA) – It is important to fix local roads in 2021-2025, Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko said during the working trip to Slavgorod Distict on 13 July, BelTA informs.
“We have fixed roads to oblast capitals. Now we need to fix roads to district capitals. We must complete it. And additionally roads to district centers and agro-towns,” the president said.
“We cannot live without roads. They affect people's mood, the economy, transit where we want to make money,” the Belarusian leader stressed.
Land reclamation is another important issue, the head of state said.
The president was briefed on the social and economic development of Mogilev Oblast, plans to build and renovate bridges, development of motorways.
