MINSK, 31 August (BelTA) – On 31 August Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 325 to approve the draft CIS Treaty on Combating Money Laundering, Financing of Terrorism and Financing of Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction as a basis for negotiations, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
