MINSK, 30 July (BelTA - The Belarus president has commended Vadim Ipatov, Director of the National Center of Legislation and Legal Research, and Olga Chupris, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration, for their high professionalism and significant contribution to the improvement of the legal system in Belarus.
