MINSK, 24 April (BelTA) - Colonel Igor Pavlyushchenko has been appointed head of the state educational institution “The Institute of National Security of the Republic of Belarus”. Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed a relevant decree, BelTA learned from the Belarusian leader's press service.
Major General Vyacheslav Yezersky has been relieved of this position and discharged from military service by age with the right to wear military uniforms and insignia.
