MINSK, 18 September (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko approved a draft visa waiver agreement between the Republic of Belarus and the Oriental Republic of Uruguay and signed an appropriate decree on 18 September, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been authorized to hold the negotiations on the draft document and to sign it.
