MINSK, 15 January (BelTA) - Belarusian Ambassador to Belgium Aleksandr Mikhnevich attended a New Year's reception for the heads of foreign diplomatic missions at the Royal Palace in Brussels, BelTA learned from the Belarusian diplomatic mission.
During the event Aleksandr Mikhnevich had a conversation with Queen Mathilde of Belgium who is related to the Sapieha dynasty. She expressed interest in visiting Belarus.
“The parties also discussed the matters related to the Belarusian-Belgian cooperation,” the diplomatic mission added.
