MOSCOW, 19 December (BelTA) – Russian President Vladimir Putin said that he is against revising the Minsk agreements on Ukraine as he gave an annual big press conference for Russian and foreign journalists on 19 December, BelTA has learned.
“There is nothing else but the Minsk agreements [on Ukraine]. The revision of these agreements might take the situation to a deadlock,” Vladimir Putin said.
“As for the Normandy format summit, let's say in April, it will be relevant provided there is some progress. Is there any progress? Yes, there is,” the Russian president said.
At the same time, Vladimir Putin emphasized that the Ukrainian crisis resolution process has its ups and downs.
