Vitebsk Oblast governor casts his ballot
The main thing is that Belarus is peaceful today, Chairman of the Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee Nikolai Sherstnev told the media as he cast his ballot in the 2020 Belarus presidential election on 9 August.
