Victory Cup rescue skills competition in Minsk

The competition was held on the sports ground of the University of Civil Protection of the Ministry for Emergency Situations. The competition was held for the first time this year and was timed to the 75th anniversary of the Victory of Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War.
