Udmurtia first vice premier lays wreath at Minsk Hero City Memorial

First Deputy Chairman of the Government of Russia's Udmurt Republic Aleksandr Svinin, who is on a working visit to Belarus, laid a wreath at the Minsk Hero City Memorial on 24 February.
