Mogilev District has welcomed true spring. According to the National Center for Hydrometeorology, Radioactive Pollution Control, and Environmental Monitoring of the Belarusian Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Ministry, the air temperature there reached 11 degrees Celsius on 10 March.
