The Rylenki memorial complex was unveiled in 1973 at the Rylenki cemetery in Dubrovno District. The memorial honors the memory of the Soviet soldiers of the 11th Guards Army and the 31st Army who died in severe battles from October 1943 till June 1944. The renovation project saw 228 new granite memorial slabs with the names of the dead installed, footpaths arranged, the fence replaced. A CCTV system has been mounted, steles and an entry portal have been installed. The memorial commemorates the names of more than 9,400 soldiers (when it was erected there was information about 6,000 soldiers). Some Br1.5 million of budget and extra-budgetary funds were spent on the renovations.
