The opening ceremony of the 24th International Category A Sambo Tournament for the Prizes of the President of Belarus took place at the Minsk Sports Palace on 20 February. Attending the ceremony was Belarus' First Deputy Sport and Tourism Minister Vyacheslav Durnov who read out the greetings from the President of Belarus.
