Healthcare workers of Vitebsk Oblast have done a great job combating the coronavirus infection. Thanks to their professionalism the situation remains manageable, Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly Vladimir Andreichenko said at a ceremony to honor healthcare workers of Vitebsk Oblast on 28 July.
