One of the stages of the nationwide campaign We Are Citizens of Belarus! took place in the New Castle in Grodno on 13 March. Grodno Oblast Governor Vladimir Kravtsov presented passports and copies of the Constitution to 19 young Belarusians from Grodno Oblast. Taking part in the ceremony were schools students who have achieved success in studies, sport, or art.
