Patients with the coronavirus infection COVID-19 are hospitalized in the first few hours after the case is confirmed, Deputy Chief Physician of the Belarusian Center for Hygiene, Epidemiology and Public Health Irina Glinskaya told BelTA.
The patient is transported to an infectious disease hospital or other hospital redirected for this purpose. Another team carries out disinfection activities at his/her place of residence, work, or temporary stay.
