The Polotsk overpass, which is designed to allow vehicles and pedestrians to safely cross railway tracks, will be solemnly opened to traffic in Vitebsk on 15 July.
The Polotsk overpass is the central transit route that connects Kosmonavtov Street with Titova Street and Leningradskaya Street. Those streets enable connections between Vitebsk's road network and motorways going in the direction of Polotsk, Gorodok, and St Petersburg.
The new overpass is over 400 meters long. Its construction cost about Br100 million.
