Commemorative plaque for Hero of the Soviet Union Aleksandr Kirsanov unveiled in Minsk

On 1 July, a commemorative plaque for the Commander of the 76th Guards Chernigov Red Banner Rifle Division during the Great Patriotic War, Hero of the Soviet Union Aleksandr Kirsanov was inaugurated in Storozhevskaya Street in Minsk.
