The Center for Active Longevity in Minsk offers various classes for senior citizens. Here they can sign up for dancesand fashion classes, foreign language courses and other hobby groups. Choreographer Lyudmila Suvorova conducts dance classes. She has compiled her own dance program from Oriental and Latin American dances for senior women. Lyudmila believes that thanks to such a set of movements a woman gains self-confidence.
