The International Festival of Arts Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk was first held on 18 July 1992.
Egypt will debut at the festival in 2017. The Grand Prix winner of the 15th International Children's Song Contest Vitebsk will perform at the opening ceremony of the festival.
