The Munich Security Conference is an annual conference that has taken place in Munich since 1963. The conference is one of the most representative and authoritative world forums in the field of security policy and military cooperation.
The MSC Core Group Meeting is held in Minsk on 30 October-1 November. This is the first time that Belarus hosts such a large-scale international forum.
