The 24th Minsk international film festival Listapad will be held under the slogan Truth, Love, and Beauty on 3-10 November.
Six Minsk movie theaters will screen 165 pictures by directors from 55 countries.
The competition program features over 90 pictures:
feature films – 23,
documentaries – 32,
national competition – 31,
Listapadzik – 10.
The opening film is Arrhythmia directed by Boris Khlebnikov (Russia-Finland-Germany). It took home the Grand Prix at Russia's national film festival Kinotavr.
The closing film is The Summer Samurai (Serbia) by Danilo Beckovic.
The festival will be hosted by the Tsentralny, Mir, Pioner, Moskva (opening and closing), Falcon Club Cinema Boutique, and Belarus movie theaters, and also at the Museum of the Belarusian Cinema History.
