About 500 international observers have been accredited by the Central Election Commission to monitor the elections to the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus of the sixth convocation*.
The organizations that have sent the observers:
The Commonwealth of independent States (CIS) - 328, including the CIS Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (CIS IPA) – 44;
The Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (OSCE/ODIHR)-51;
The Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly (PACE) - 19;
The Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE PA) - 39;
The diplomatic corps - 45.
National observers - about 25,500 people.

The elections to the House of Representatives are due on 11 September.
