Citizens of 80 states, including EU countries, Brazil, Indonesia, the United States and Japan, can visit Belarus for five days without visas.
Mandatory requirement: arrival via Minsk National Airport
A visa-free traveler must have:
valid passport or other valid document permitting travel abroad
medical insurance of at least €10,000 (can be purchased on site)
sufficient means of subsistence – at least 2 base amounts* for each day of stay
There are no restrictions on the number of visa-free visits to Belarus
*A base amount is equal to Br23
