The design and construction of the Garlyk mining and processing factory by Belarusian specialists is the largest Belarus-Turkmenistan project on record. The factory can extract and process 1.4 million tonnes of potassium chloride per annum. The Belarusian side has also supplied the factory with certain kinds of bolter miners, electric and mechanical equipment, MAZ and Amkodor vehicles and machines via tenders.
