Since 2009 when Belarus and Serbia signed an intergovernmental free trade agreement, the trade between the two countries surged almost 5 times to exceed $250 million in 2015.

In Belarus, Serbian investors and business are implementing big development projects – Mayak Minska and Minsk Mir.
In Serbia there are plants assembling Belarusian tractors and buses. A project to start assembling low-power tractors is nearing completion.
