The 81st edition of the IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship will take place in France and Germany on 5-21 May. The games will be hosted by Paris and Cologne.

13 May – Slovenia vs Belarus (17.15)
16 May – Belarus vs Norway (13.15)
The best four teams from each group will advance to the quarterfinals.
