Volunteers of the Belarusian BRSM Youth Union are running the Week of Kindness campaign in all districts of Vitebsk Oblast The campaign is part of the greater campaign to help the elderly. For example, on 20 May, the BRSM volunteers helped Nikolai Ivanov, a disabled veteran of the Great Patriotic War from the agro-town of Olgovo, with his vegetable garden.
