War commemorative event in Bereza

BREST, 16 March (BelTA) - On 14 March, an international commemorative event was held in Komsomolsky Park in the town of Bereza, Brest Oblast. Activists of public associations handed over the capsules with soil from 30 military cemeteries of Bereza District to the Brest Hero Fortress Memorial and the Bereza Historical and Local History Museum. The event aims to preserve the historical memory of the Great Patriotic War and perpetuate the names of its participants.
