VITEBSK, 13 April (BelTA) - A wreath-laying ceremony dedicated to the International Day of liberation of the Nazi concentration camps was held on the site of the former death camp Stalag 313 in Vitebsk on 11 April, with the participation of the city and regional leadership.
Wreaths were laid by Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Council of Deputies Vladimir Terentyev, Vitebsk Oblast Vice Governor Vladimir Penin, Chairman of the Vitebsk City Council of Deputies Vladimir Belevich and Vitebsk City Mayor Vadim Zaryankin.
