On 6 March, the Belarusian State Academy of Music hosted a gala concert featuring young musicians from Belarus and Russia. The Russian musicians are grant holders of the Vladimir Spivakov International Charity Foundation. All the participants of the gala concert are laureates of prestigious music competitions: Sofya Menshikova (piano), Yegor Kirilyuk (bayan), Anastasia Tyurina (balalaika), Aleksandr Dolgov (saxophone), Valeria Ilyushina (violin), Rodion Shakirov (piano), Ulyuana Astankovich (accordion), and Fyodor Gromov (oboe). The program of the concert included pieces by classical and modern composers as well as concert versions of folk songs and dances.
