MINSK, 15 June (BelTA) – Belarusian dairy producers have found their way into the Japanese retail chain Nissin World Delicatessen, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Embassy in Japan.

Belarusian dairy products went on sale in the Nissin World Delicatessen retail chain in Tokyo on 14 June. These are the goods made by OAO Savushkin Product dairy and OAO Turov Dairy Plant.

“Over the past few years, Belarusian dairy exporters, in cooperation with their partners from Japan, have done a great job to access the premium Japanese market. Today, residents of Tokyo and other Japanese cities, as well as foreign tourists can assess the quality, organic features and a variety of Belarusian dairy products,” Belarusian Ambassador to Japan Ruslan Yesin said.

Belarus exported milk and dairy products to Japan worth $1.8 million in 2018, and over $3.3 million in 2019.
