MINSK, 10 May (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 3 on additional measures to combat corruption on 10 May, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The document has been issued to increase the liability for corruption crimes.
In accordance with the decree, individuals convicted of corruption offences shall not be eligible for release on parole and commutation to a more lenient sentence.
