The main events are scheduled for 13-16 July 2023.

In order to attract more guests, the executive order waives visa requirements for entering the Republic of Belarus for participants and guests of the festival from 73 countries.

Foreign citizens will need original or electronic tickets for the festival events due to take place in the Summer Amphitheater or the concert hall Vitebsk in order to cross the Belarusian border without visas.
