MINSK, 18 February (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko presented the Order of Honor to State Secretary of the Union State Grigory Rapota during the meeting at the Palace of Independence in Minsk on 18 February, BelTA has learned.
Grigory Rapota received the award in recognition of a big personal contribution to the development of integration cooperation, Union State construction, enhancement of friendly relations and unity of peoples of Belarus and Russia.
