MINSK, 18 April (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has expressed condolences to Germany President Frank-Walter Steinmeier over the death of German citizens in a bus crash in Portugal, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
“The Belarusian people and I personally offer condolences to the families and friends of the victims of this terrible accident involving a bus with German tourists in Portuguese Madeira. In this hard time of mourning we share the grief from the loss and the sorrow of the German people,” the message of condolences reads.
The head of state wished courage and patience to the families of the victims. He also wished a speedy recovery to the injured.
