
HARARE, 31 January (BelTA) – Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko and his Zimbabwean counterpart Emmerson Mnangagwa held talks in the State House, the official residence of the President of Zimbabwe located in Harare on 31 January, BelTA has learned.
The leaders had a one-on-one meting, which was followed by a meeting with the participation of the delegations. A ceremony of signing bilateral documents is to take place after that.
In Harare Aleksandr Lukashenko and Emmerson Mnangagwa are also expected to attend a ceremony of handing over machinery from Belarusian manufacturers as part of the second phase of the program for the mechanization of farms in Zimbabwe and the launch of the third phase of the program. The event will take place at the Zimbabwe institute of agriculture.
