Lukashenko extends Independence Day greetings to Estonia

MINSK, 24 February (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has extended greetings to Estonia President Kersti Kaljulaid as the country celebrates the Independence Day, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

“Our countries share rich common history, diverse economic and personal ties, and the desire to build their own independent states. The positive dynamics in the dialogue in recent years reflects mutual interest in further advancing relations in trade, science, technology, and humanitarian affairs,” the message reads.

The Belarusian head of state proposed to tap into the potential of cooperation in transport, logistics, banking, and tourism more effectively.

Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Kersti Kaljulaid strong health and success in her political activity, and also peace and well-being to the friendly people of Estonia.
