MINSK, 19 August (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent greetings to President Ashraf Ghani of Afghanistan as the country celebrates Independence Day, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
“I am convinced that the consequent implementation of your country's development plan given civil concord and reconciliation will help Afghanistan make considerable success in all the areas,” the message of greetings says.
Aleksandr Lukashenko stressed that Minsk would make everything possible for progressive expansion of bilateral relations with Kabul.
