
MINSK, 24 May (BelTA) – Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko is attending the plenary session of the 2nd Eurasian Economic Forum in Moscow, BelTA has learned.
The president will present Belarus' position and priorities on key issues of cooperation.
The motto of the forum is Eurasian Integration in a Multipolar World. Its goal is to improve cooperative ties in the Eurasian space. The main topics of the business part are the most relevant issues related to integration in the Eurasian Economic Union.
Attending the event are more than 2,700 representatives of the authorities, the business community, international organizations and the media including hundreds of foreign representatives from more than 50 countries.
One of the topics for discussion at the forum is EAEU 2030+ Priorities. The focus will be on the main vectors of integration cooperation in the period up to 2030 and 2045.
By tradition, the Eurasian Economic Forum is timed to the meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council scheduled for 25 May. This year it will be its 30th edition.
