Lukashenko approves draft agreement on educational cooperation with Vietnam

MINSK, 3 April (BelTA) – On 3 April Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed a decree to approve a draft educational cooperation agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam as a basis for negotiations, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

The Education Ministry is authorized to hold talks and sign the document upon reaching an agreement within the approved text of the draft document.
