Lukashenko appoints new deputy ministers

MINSK, 26 December (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko approved the appointment of new deputy ministers at the Industry Ministry, Justice Ministry, and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection on 26 December, BelTA has learned.

Natalya Filippova has been appointed Deputy Justice Minister. She previously served as head of the Department of Compulsory Legal Review of National Normative Instruments.

MP of the sixth-convocation House of Representatives Boleslav Pirshtuk has been named First Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection. Deputy Industry Minister Sergei Gunko has been appointed First Deputy Industry Minister.

The head of state has also approved the appointment of Oksana Tsylko Chairperson of the State Control Committee for Brest Oblast. She previously led the main analytical department, the analysis and planning department of the State Control Committee of Belarus.
